KVH’s Home Health & Hospice Clinic is responsible for the care to our patients once they leave our facility. The Physical Therapist will aide in the transition from inpatient to outpatient services by providing in-home care during the patient’s recovery.
What to expect at KVH...
Home Health care is a vital point of recovery for patients moving from in-patient to the out-patient setting. As the Home Health Physical Therapist you will be responsible for assessing patients for both Home Health Care and Hospice Care, development of a plan of care, and coordinating with patient care staff and the patient’s physician. The Physical Therapist will also be responsible for maintaining open communication with the patient’s family and coaching and training Physical Therapy Aides and other staff in proper care techniques.
What KVH expects from you...
- Graduation from a certified Physical Therapy program
- Physical Therapy license (current and in good standing) in the State of Washington
- Home Care or in/outpatient experience highly desirable

- Ability to apply principles of logical and scientific thinking to define problems, collect data and draw valid conclusions
- Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagrammatic form
- Exceptional use of judgment and initiative

Wage Range $42.00 - $53.35
