Position Summary: Provides bench/pipeline recruitment and all the components associated with this activity such as scheduling applicants, coordinating pipeline recruitment activity (recruitment fairs, school/program relationships, program development, internal pipeline marathons, advertisements and online searches), interviews. When necessary, may assist with offers and the paperwork aligned to recruitment and the capturing of data/metrics. Support of the Human Resources Managers/Business Partners work and business relationships they support. . Supports HR Manager in strategy recruitment development for hard to fill and high turnover positions and provide well developed plans and execution strategies for targeted efforts. Activities include developing and implementing strategies and plans for all the above as well as preparing for and facilitating special onboarding activities for off cycle/specialty orientations in conjunction with standard orientation teams and HR management assignments. Provides backup assistance for HR managers in interviewing pre-scheduled or walk-in interviewing needs as required. Partners with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator during peak times which includes when Pipeline/Bench recruitment or specialty orientations create a significant increase to the daily activity performed by the Talent Acquisition Coordinator; this includes support On-Boarding employment process, including the data entry into the Lawson system. Acts as a backup for the Talent Coordinator Position Requirements: Minimum Education: Required: Bachelors Degree Minimum Experience: Required: 1-2 years of previous job-related experience Preferred: 3-5 years of previous job-related experience Minimum Experience Details: Previous experience in planning, organization, coordinating, and executing activities as well as strong customer service and communication skills. Previous HR, Change Management, Project Management, HC Administration or similarly related fields that align to activity expectations. Managerial Experience Details: Preferred Licensure/Certifications: Required: Position Responsibilities: Backs up or partners with the Coordinator of Talent Acquisition and the HR ManagerMay assist with clerical support for the hiring process. Plans specialty orientation sessions and may need to assist with new-employee check-in process, performs data entry of applicant information into the HRIS as well as completes background checks if assistance would be required. Completes project work as assigned in an effort to implement process improvement initiatives and automate workflow. Obtains, pre-screens, and interviews applicants to assist in filling hard to fill and high turnover positions to maximize HR manager hiring efforts as well as to build a pipeline/bench of candidates in order to meet current organizational needs and in anticipation of future needs. Builds strategies and plans, in anticipation of and to address existing needs, based on data analysis, HR manager and support staff feedback and industry updates, manager/director requests, industry changes (healthcare and specialty areas), communication with educators, organizational changes (reductions and expansions), and involvement in organization and home office projects or meetings.
