At a high level you will be:
- Developing and managing medical aspects of a center's operational plan.
- Overseeing effective treatment processes.
- Ensuring patients are receiving quality care.
- Analyzing needs and providing recommendations to policies and procedures.
- Managing psychiatrists and medical staff.
- Collaborating and coordinating with hospital executives, medical staff, management, and other leadership to impact best practices.
- Meeting regularly with professional staff, participating in the formulation or revision of policies, relevant committee meetings, and evaluating treatment programs.
We are interested in a skilled leader who has a valid license to practice medicine and surgery in the State of Washington or the ability to obtain one by start of employment, and is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. In addition, this person has a proven record of clinical excellence and management expertise.
