Mental Health Therapist - Adult Outpatient LCSW or Licensed Psychologist (Grants Pass)

Position in our adult outpatient program for Grants Pass and surrounding area. The Mental Health Clinician provides clinical recovery-focused services to adults with mental illness and substance abuse problems, if present. Works collaboratively within the agency and with other mental health professionals, community partners and local, state and federal stakeholders.

LCSW or Licensed Psychologist in this position would potentially be eligible for the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program (NHSC-LRP).


Accesses and screens clients. Develops individual treatment plans in conjunction with the client and other individuals as indicated. Provides therapy and coordination of services. Utilizes appropriate evidence-based practices. Submits timely documentation of services provided using Electronic Health Records and collaborative documentation. Manages time and caseload effectively.


Candidates must be licensed as a Clinical Social Worker or Psychologist. Candidate must be able to work independently and flexibly, under general supervision.

Candidates must be able to use e-mail, compose documents, save and locate documents electronically, and learn to use our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Proficiency in Word and other MS Office applications preferred.

Must pass State-required background check and DMV checks; possess a valid OR driver's license and demonstrate a safe driving record.
