Director, Custody Behavioral Health Services, San Jose, CA
The Director, Custody Behavioral Health Services is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing staff functions in the areas of Behavioral Health Services operations, programming, and service delivery. This is an executive leadership position that reports to the Director, Custody Health and Custody Behavioral Health Services.

Interpersonal skills and the ability to easily relate and adjust to a variety of situations and personalities, and to communicate with staff at all levels of the organization is a must.
A qualified candidate would typically possess education and experience equivalent to a Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Nursing, Public Administration, a California Registered License as a Clinical Social Worker, Psychologist, Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse and a minimum of five (5) years broad and extensive management experience in support of clinical management/administration, three (3) years of which must have been in a supervisory capacity. Experience working within a custody mental/behavioral health setting is strongly desired.
