The HR Manager at PEH is responsible for administration of benefits and payroll, overseeing compliance with PHS policies and regulatory agencies. This person is responsible for the functions of the Human Resources department.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related.
Masters degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related is preferred.
2+ years HR Manager experience.
5+ years of experience in human resources. PHR or SPHR preferred.
Ability to demonstrate multi-disciplinary knowledge of human resource management and HR technical expertise.
