Clinical Educator (RN) - Clinic, Bismarck, ND
Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, the Specialty RN assesses, plans, implements and evaluates individual patient care in the clinic according to policies and procedures. The Specialty RN assists physicians in clinical duties to ensure patients and families receive the highest quality care and knowledge promoting patient wellness. The Specialty RN maintains standards of the State Nurse Practice Act. The specialty RN will also function as the sites VFC coordinator ensuring that the Clinic complies with all regulations and educational requirements to maintain the ability to offer state funded vaccines as well as maintain the clinics medication supply. The specialty RN will also serve as the clinics Nursing educator, providing education and maintaining staff competencies as required by the Joint Commission and any other educational needs identified by supervisory staff.
