The Quality Improvement Coordinator is a Registered Nurse working as a Performance Improvement Specialist in collaboration with the Director of Quality & Risk to ensure that regulatory standards and requirements related to Quality Improvement are met throughout the organization. This position leads and directs process and overall quality improvement activities that produce an improved patient care experience and more efficient operations.


  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in Quality Improvement in a healthcare facility.
  • Must possess knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement principles and supports the hospital’s philosophy of performance improvement.
  • Must maintain current Registered Nurse license issued by the WA Department of Health.
