This is an opportunity to serve a mission-based Federally Qualified Heath Center (FQHC) in Coos and Curry Counties – North Bend, Oregon.

Waterfall Community Health Center has an onsite 340B Pharmacy, integrated Behavioral Health, outpatient mental health, Primary Care, a School Based Health Center, Women’s Health, and social determinant of health program. Function as a Clinic Physician in a patient-centered primary-care-home, team-based primary care clinic serving insured and uninsured children and adults with a special emphasis on care for persons who experience barriers to accessing care due to income, language, cultural and social barriers. Provide the full scope of primary care services which fall under his/her field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance to patients.
