As a key member of our leadership team, you will help to continually develop the results-driven initiatives that define our success and are transforming healthcare.

This position oversees all aspects of Virginia Mason Health System financial reporting in the internal and external financial statements. Including monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, analysis, audit, and other finance projects.

  • Master's Degree in accounting or finance or a CPA, or equivalent, is required.
  • Five years of increasingly responsible management experience.
  • Strong analytical, organizational; communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand systems, strategies, and technologies in support of a complex healthcare environment.
  • A CPA with ten years of increasingly responsible management experience is preferred. Previous management experience in a healthcare environment and previous healthcare financial audit experience are also preferred.
