Purpose:

Sources, recruits, assesses, interviews, and advises in the selection of supervisor and middle management level leadership talent to further Advocate Aurora Health's leadership capabilities. Owns a book of business and all aspects of success for their assignment. Consults with hiring leadership to identify and recommend hiring solutions for complex recruitment needs, and evaluates recruitment plans accordingly. Researches and analyzes market complexities, and proactively develops complex recruitment strategies based upon market trends, analysis and staffing needs. Provides coaching, leadership and support of the Annual Talent Review process and succession planning to ensure a pipeline of leaders and succession plans to meet organizational strategies. Serves as an Ambassador for Diversity and Inclusion initiatives related to recruitment

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in employment/human resources that includes experiences in developing and implementing complex proactive recruiting strategies, and recruiting for multiple, complex functional areas and leadership talent.
  • Proven ability to understand and articulate complex organizational structures, concepts, and strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing complex proactive recruitment plans.
  • Demonstrated experience effectively working with all levels of management to assess complex hiring issues and needs, and recruit candidates accordingly with resourcefulness, creativity, and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge and understanding of recruiting, compensation, benefits and general human resources policies and procedures through accurate communication to engage candidates and managers.
  • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations that influence human resources/employment and any potential implications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, consistently demonstrating a high degree of professionalism

Accountabilities:

Sources, recruits, and advises in the selection of supervisor level talent to enhance the overall effectiveness of the organization. Implements complex, proactive recruitment strategies and reacts to employment market trends to attract qualified, diverse talent. Serves as point of contact for candidate relocation questions. Consults with hiring leadership (typically Manager level) to anticipate, develop, and provide solutions for short and long~term hiring needs and business goals
