The Financial Planning department provides quality financial services to the organization’s systems, directors and internal staff by acting as a liaison and business partner. Department staff offer in-depth financial analysis and review of the organization’s operations to understanding past financial performance and its impact on the future; develop new and effective programs; and to ensure the financial viability of the entire organization over time.

As the Director of Financial Planning, you will provide essential guidance in developing financial strategy and short/long-range financial plans, recommending overall financial targets to promote cost-effective operations that maximize the organization’s resources without compromising quality services. This includes oversight of the financial management of smaller business units; development and preparation of departmental operating budgets; ensuring that adequate resources are invested in each area of service so that they can achieve their growth potential. We are looking for someone innovative and forward thinking, with exceptional organizational skills and talent for strengthening financial integrity, who shares our commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.
