Tucson Medical Center is looking for a high caliber leader to lead our dynamic critical care and emergency services team. TMC has advanced Critical Care programs and the second busiest emergency rooms in the state seeing 100,000 patients a year. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of LEAN process improvement, a desire to mentor, and be patient care focused. The Director Patient Care Services- Critical Care and Emergency Services will assist in organization and administration of Patient Services for ICU, Intermediate Surgical Care, PCCU, Cardiac Medical, Adult Emergency Services, Pediatric Emergency Service, and Respiratory Therapy. This position analyzes nursing and ancillary services to improve the quality of patient care and attains maximum utilization of staff time and resources. Assumes other responsibilities delegated by Assistant Chief Nursing Officer.

EDUCATION: Master’s degree in Nursing.
EXPERIENCE: Eight (8) years of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION: Current RN licensure permitting work in the State of Arizona.
