NPH is looking for a detailed oriented, prudent and professional Corporate Director of Human Resources. A disciplined professional who can work efficiently in this sometimes fast-paced environment while maintaining quality work that complies to hospital policy and procedureat all times. NPH is the national leader in providing medical and neurobehavioral care to patients in acute psychiatric distress. The number one priority for all staff is clinical excellence with exceptional compliance performance.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

The Corporate Human Resource Director originates and leads the human resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

Duties for the Corporate HR Director will include guiding HR Directors on employee grievances, supporting employee development, enhancing job satisfaction, forecasting staffing needs, and overseeing overall employment needs. The Corporate HR Director will ensure compliance will laws and regulations at all locations. This position does require to all locations.

Education: Bachelors required, Masters in related filed preferred.

Certification: SHRM preferred.

Experience: Five years of hospital experience required. Five years of progressive Human Resource experience preferred. Joint Commission experience a must.
