$201,419 - $258,462 Annually DOE
Salary range is dependent upon qualifications.

St. Louise Regional Hospital, one of the three major community hospitals under Santa Clara County's Health and Hospital System (SCVHHS) is looking for an experienced healthcare executive to lead and oversee the clinical and patient-care standards of its nursing department. Under general direction, the Nurse Executive shall manage and direct the Critical Care, Emergency Department, Perioperative and Sterile Processing, Medical-Surgical Pediatrics, Maternal Child Health, Wound Care, Employee Health and Nursing Administration Services, within the hospital, including patient care functions, units, and services of the Medical Center.

The hospital is seeking for a Nurse Executive who is result-oriented, strategic, an out-of-the-box thinker and a champion for innovative solutions.This position requires an effective team builder who can communicate with a diverse healthcare workforce the vision and values that St. Louise shares with the Health and Hospital System of the County of Santa Clara.

A qualified candidate would typically possess education and experience equivalent to a Master's Degree in Nursing Administration, Public or Business Administration, Health Care Administration or a closely related field; possession of a California Registered Nurse license and a minimum of five (5) years clinical nursing experience, preferably an academic medical center, including a minimum of two (2) years experience in a administrative/supervisory role.
