Banner Casa Grande Medical Center is looking for an experienced nurse to join our resource team. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year experience in ICU/PCU.
As a Registered Nurse at BCGMC you will play a key role in our pod-based model, where RNs and PCAs work collaboratively and proactively to ensure coordinated patient care. Whether you are an experienced nurse or just beginning your career, the pod-based care model will provide you exposure to wide variety of patients at all acuity levels. In addition, you will have the opportunity to become EKG and ACLS certified through a combination of onsite training and attending certification courses while working! Join a team oriented, supportive environment and take your nursing skills to the next level with our unique patient care model.
This RN opportunity is day shift with 3-12 hour shifts per week (7am-7:30pm).
You will also have the opportunity utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift and weekend coverage. Enjoy an 18%-night shift differential and a flat rate $3/hour weekend shift differential.
