The Executive Director of Enterprise Risk provides strategy, decision support, organizational planning and operational leadership to effectively direct enterprise risk funding, captive operations, claims management, and administration of the enterprise risk management (ERM) program and systems that support the analysis of associated data, claims and litigation. Responsible for the development and execution of a multi-phase enterprise risk management strategy using a formal and systematic approach to the identification, assessment, prioritization and reporting of risks. Ensures the integrated risk management approach is closely aligned with the enterprise strategic and annual planning processes by providing thought leadership and extensive subject matter expertise. Oversees the execution of sustainable reporting and monitoring processes that embed risk management practices into the enterprise culture to more effectively mitigate risks.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) from ABA accredited law school preferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of 15 years of professional and functionally relevant experience, including 7 years of demonstrated management experience.
  • Offset: Master's degree and 13 years of experience.
