Certified Nursing Aide (CNA)- Nights, Days, Evenings, NOC, PRN
Flatirons Health & Rehab offers short-stay post-acute rehabilitation and extended care services in the Louisville, Colorado area. What makes Flatirons unique is its structure. The facility is split into four houses, each 12-bed house includes its own dining and living areas. With this layout, we have a 12:1 patient to staffing ratio, giving the patients the opportunity for more attentive care and the clinical staff less patients to manage.
At Flatirons, we have a partnership with Nightingale Nursing College on site. This partnership offers employees the opportunity to continue their education at a discounted rate. There are also opportunities for tuition reimbursement and flexible scheduling for students.
