Provides leadership and strategic direction for system-wide patient flow and transfer center operations. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to successfully implement throughput initiatives and integrates efficiency, new processes, and quality improvement initiatives to improve transfer workflows and patient flow metrics. Manages multiple projects, facilitates multidisciplinary groups, and implements improvement strategies and tools. Manages assigned staff.
Bachelor's Degree Nursing required.
Master Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or health-related field required.
Graduate of an approved program of nursing and currently licensed to practice professional nursing in the State of Ohio required.

Prefer working knowledge of hospital ADT and bed management software programs.
A minimum of 7 years of related experience, inclusive of 3 years of management experience.
Prior experience with patient throughput, triage and/or case management required.
Ability to plan, coordinate, direct, and evaluate activities and projects.
Strong analytic and solution-driven decision-making abilities.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated leadership, communication, mentoring, customer service, and excellent interpersonal skills required along with experience in conflict management and working with multi-disciplinary groups.
Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
