GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
This position requires to be onsite as a full time (1.0 FTE) employee working standard hours of Monday – Friday and will work not less than forty (40 per week) - MUST be a master-level professional with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). *** NOT REMOTE OR TELECOMMUTE POSITION *** May require successful completion of a school-based background check through DHS and the FBI.
Functions as a CHILD THERAPIST – BCBA (CT-BCBA) in a team and mission-based setting to provide assessments and related diagnosis, consultation, education, brief therapeutic interventions, and referral for applied behavior analysis and treatment programs, including patient-centered counseling and support services for a diverse caseload for adults, adolescents, children and families experiencing autism spectrum, communication challenges and conflict. CT-BCBA works as part of an onsite interdisciplinary team to design and implementation of individualized applied behavioral treatment programs for clients in their homes, schools, and/or clinic settings. CT-BCBA has primary responsibilities for serving as a resource to build, strengthen and maintain positive working relationships with clients, parents/guardians, providers, case managers, agency representatives, supervisors, program managers and other staff within local communities. In addition, CT-BCBA will support behavioral intervention staff with training and supervision on a daily basis, including individual 1:1 session with clients. CT-BCBA may also be involved with program building and partnerships with school-based health centers and area school districts in a rural health care setting. This position may be asked to work at other clinic sites as needed.

This position will support mission and goal achievement, organizational quality and patient-centered medical home philosophy.
SUPERVISION EXERCISED:
Personnel supervision is not a responsibility of this position.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Works under the direct supervision of the Behavioral Health Program Manager. Exercises progressive levels of autonomy in day-to-day activities based on satisfactory job performance.
