We are currently seeking a capable and experienced Senior Full Stack Software Developer who wants to make a difference in the lives of our members. The successful candidate will develop database-driven web applications and EDI systems to help us guarantee that our members have access to the health care services they need. Candidates should expect to work at all levels of the software development stack, from the database to the UI and all the application layers in between. Since our work directly effects our customer service to our members, we look for talented individuals who will create a high-quality experience.

Works closely with all departments necessary to ensure that the processes, programs and services are accomplished in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with CHG policies and procedures and in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations including CMS and/or Medicare Part D and Special Needs Plan (SNP).
Maintain an upbeat attitude and a commitment to working as a team to solve problems.
Collaborate as a team to solve problems using Agile methods.
Create web applications to provide services to members, doctors, and our own administrative staff.
Contribute to a multi-tiered architecture of databases, web services, web applications, and mobile applications.
Develop EDI processes to transform and store data to support business objectives.
Apply the SOLID object-oriented design principles in code reviews and design sessions.
Troubleshoot and debug issues within existing systems.
Review Business Requirement Documents and propose solutions to business problems.
Evaluate vendors and software platforms and prepare presentations to the team and to leadership.
Continuously grow skills by attending trainings and conferences to learn new technologies.
Adhere to security requirements and confidentiality as required by the company and HIPAA.
Be available nights and weekends to maintain system uptime, facilitate deployments, and to support project timelines.

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
Six years of software design, development and implementation using the following technologies:
ASP.net Core, MVC, and WebForms Development, using C# and 3rd party control libraries.
SQL Server, including Integration Services (SSIS), and Reporting Services (SSRS).
CSS preprocessors and libraries such as LESS and Bootstrap
T-SQL / Stored Procedures.
Unit Tests and Mocking techniques
Continuous Integration and Delivery frameworks
Experience with systems analysis and design and communication skills are essential, as this position will regularly work with managers, directors, and chiefs to design solutions for the company.
