Schedule: Either 4-tens or 5-eights; one day will need to be from 8am to 6 or 7pm to cover access shift.
Overview
This position provides outpatient clinical services to children and their families/caregivers. This role works collaboratively within the agency and with other mental health professionals, community partners and local, state and federal stakeholders.
Depending on agency need, and applicant interest and experience, the therapist may perform some or all of their work remotely (at home) via telehealth (technology is provided) and/or in a clinic office environment and/or as an integrated clinician at system partner programs such as medical offices and Head Start programs. Covid-19 safety precautions are in place in all working environments.
Responsibilities
The Therapist provides screenings, assessments and treatment planning, as well as individual, family, and group therapy. This position may also provide clinical direction to Skills Trainers and Case Management staff. They also utilize appropriate evidence-based practices; as well, they submit timely documentation of services provided using Electronic Health Records and collaborative documentation. The candidate must also manage their time and caseload effectively.
Qualifications
This position requires a Master's degree in a behavioral science, an understanding of co-occurring disorders, and related experience.
Must be registered as a licensure intern with the State of Oregon or be licensed in Oregon as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC or clinical Psychologist,

Must be a QMHP on the Mental Health & Addictions Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) registry.

If position filled as Telehealth, Oregon Licensure as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT or ability to obtain within 90 days preferred, required completion within 6 months.
Candidates must be able to use e-mail, compose documents, save and locate documents electronically, and learn to use our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Proficiency in Word and other MS Office applications preferred.
Must pass state-required background and DMV checks; possess a valid OR driver's license and a satisfactory driving record. Candidate must be able to work independently and flexibly, under general supervision.
