Position Summary:
In coordination with the Director of Nursing, the Associate Director of Nursing directs the operations, programs, and activities related to nursing care in the residential inpatient facilities: Recovery Place Seattle and Recovery Place Kent. Plans, directs, and develops protocols to maintain standards of patient care and advises medical staff in matters related to clinical services by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate staff. Defines and maintains facility standards in nursing care and practice in accordance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Working Conditions
Direct nursing care requires the ability to lift, push, pull, twist, stoop, lift to 50lbs without assistance. Most work takes place in usual office working conditions, where the noise level in the work area is typical of most office environments with telephones, personal interruptions, and background noises. Perform duties of a nurse as needed, which will include exposure to hazardous materials (such as body fluids, needle sticks).
