About the Position
The Medical Records Specialist position will be responsible for fulfilling records requests received from ColumbiaCare staff, clients, external providers, attorneys, and the Courts. In addition, the position is responsible for maintaining the records archive in Portland. The Medical Records Specialist must have a thorough knowledge of HIPAA standards, and strict privacy guidelines.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Day)
Successful applicants MUST also have a valid Oregon driver’s license, maintain a safe driving record, and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
Pay & Benefits
$17.50-$19.00 per hour/DOE.
