Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Mayo Clinic International, the Executive Director is responsible for developing and executing Mayo Clinic's global strategy within our EMEA corridor. This senior leader will partner with Executive Medical Director, EMEA, to deliver on Mayo Clinic's bold 2030 vision and strategy.

Qualifications

  • Master's in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or relations graduate degree.
  • 7 – 10 years of experience international sales and operations experience in Europe and the Middle East or India.
  • 5+ years of strategy development and execution globally.
  • Demonstrated visionary thinking and ability to translate to business strategies that create or sustain competitive advantage.
  • Familiarity with all aspects of global healthcare strategy and operations.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex market opportunities and develop creative solutions to a wide variety of unique market problems.
  • Advanced consultative selling skills with the ability to successfully construct solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of active collaboration, engagement, oversight, and strategy development of key growth opportunities.
  • A role model of Mayo Clinic values, with a servant leadership style and demonstrated humility with staff and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
