Bachelor degree and 8 years relevant HR experience or a Master's degree and 5 years relevant HR experience. Knowledge of other HR disciplines required.
Communication, negotiation, mediation, agility, service excellence, project management, analytics, problem solving, and critical thinking skills required. The following certifications are preferred: Professional in Human Resources (PHR); Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR); Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR); Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP); Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
International/global experience (HR, legal, compliance) is ideal with ability to quickly gain expertise on local employment law and compliance requirements.
Able to effectively function and deliver in a dynamic, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment.
