The Executive Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy develops brand marketing strategy in collaboration with the SVP, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer and the Executive Director of Clinical and Provider Marketing utilizing consumer insights and market data. This leader has direct oversight of marketing research, advertising and media agency management, sponsorships as well as clinical service marketing for assigned areas across the UChicago system. In this position, you will lead a team to develop marketing programing that differentiates and builds reputation of the UChicago Medicine brand, creates preference among target consumers and grows clinical service volume. The Executive Director works closely with Physician Leaders, Clinical Operations, and marketing team peers to determine areas of growth and distinction and build strategies that elevate the UChicago brand reputation regionally/nationally and drive volume.
