Review the daily staffing schedule and coordinate schedules. Will also be in charge of all personal issues, including recommending the hiring, retention and termination of employees to the owner.
Review list of new applicants and coordinate with the QED Qualified Entity Designee regarding applicants background checks. Review and follow-up as necessary list of new client referrals. Follow-up with case workers regarding clients task list and agency authorization for service hours. Coordinate with RN designee regarding employee training compliance and conduct new employee orientation. Prepare and maintain financial data for care facility and oversee all of the facilities records. Oversee all aspects of patient arrivals, intake registrations and departures.Maintain responsibility for all regulatory compliance issues. Must be able to pass all required security/ alcohol checks upon hire. Must have permanent work authorization to work in the US. May be periodically on call during weekends.
