The HR Business Partner will support our South Central Region HR leaders and team members at Bloomington, Bedford, Paoli, Morgan, and Southern Indiana Physicians.

The HR Business Partner’s primary focus is employee relations, team member engagement, and retention. The HR team collaborates with talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits to provide an excellent team member experience. We support leadership by guiding, coaching, and consulting. This person supports regional workforce planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives as well as the implementation of system wide HR projects involving performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Administration, related field, or equivalent years of experience is required.
• Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience. Previous Human Resources experience preferred.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
• Requires experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions.
• Requires knowledge and basic understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. ; FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.).
• Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
