Provide professional and administrative advice, guidance and services to assigned area or department in support of the Hospitals' employee/labor relations relations function. Serve as a primary point of consultation, coordination, and/or liaison for Hospitals personnel on a range of employee and labor relations policy, contract interpretation and procedural issues, and assists in the resolution of workplace disputes and grievances. Supports Director of Employee Labor Relations in labor relations, including contract negotiations and labor-management committees. Assist in the implementation and administration of union contracts. Ensure adherence to Federal, State Employment Law and Hospitals and departmental policies and procedures. No patient care assignment.
