Philip Health Services is an independent, nonprofit healthcare center located midway between Rapid City and Pierre, South Dakota. Our facilities include an 18-bed critical access hospital, emergency department, 2 clinics, physical therapy, assisted living, home health, and 30-bed nursing home (expanding soon to 42 beds). We have served a vast section of western South Dakota since 1956, and retained our independent spirit while staying up-to-date with health care technologies like Epic EMR and OmniCell. We are focused on GROWTH and offer rapid pathways to advancement to support our expanding care services.

The Occupational Therapist will provide direct patient care and documentation for patients of all ages, birth through geriatric, to enhance physical health and functional abilities. The Occupational Therapist will also carry out other operational duties for the Rehab Services department as indicated and provide physical therapy to outreach sites as indicated.
