As a Therapist for this program, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy as indicated by program needs. You will develop and oversee the completion of treatment on an individual, family, and group basis. The services you will provide include clinical assessment, service planning, individual, group, and family therapies, record keeping, and service coordination with a multi-disciplinary team.

• Base annual starting rate of 70,000 DOE

To be considered, you should:

• Experienced in a residential setting and/or with at-risk adolescent population.
• Must be licensed or registered and in good standing with the BBS
• Familiar with navigating an EHRS (Electronic Health Records System) such as EXYM.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a desire to work with troubled teens.
• Excellent communication and written skills, good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines and work well under pressure hours
• Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
• Able to work a Tue-Sat schedule between our Tustin and Placentia locations.
