The Director of Nursing Practice provides decision-making, leadership, and the blueprint for nursing professional development for the Indianapolis Suburban Region (Tipton & Fishers). This role presents a thrilling opportunity for an upbeat, dynamic, and engaging leader to collaborate, inform, and provide support on the strategic direction to achieve a continuous nursing excellence environment. The Director will develop, standardize, and coordinate programs to advance nursing practice, quality, and research. They will be the voice of the practice while crafting a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Masters of Nursing or related field is required.
• Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• Requires completion Clinical Specialty Professional Certification within 1 year upon meeting eligibility requirements.
• Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience.
