We are seeking a Senior Director, Behavioral Health Services to:

• Contribute to the success of UW Health and Unity Point Health-Meriter by providing leadership, direction and coordination of operations, finances and human resources for area of responsibility.
• Ensures development of Behavioral Health Services initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and family centered care.
• Lead the coordination and alignment of Behavioral Health Services and supporting disciplines across inpatient and ambulatory settings.

Education:

Minimum – Master’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Healthcare related field

Preferred – Master of Arts, Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Psy.D.

Work Experience:

Minimum – Five years relevant experience in the management of ambulatory services and/or programs

Preferred – Has held administrative position in a large academic or complex health program that included clinical operations

Licenses and Certifications:

Preferred –

• Registered Nurse
• Wisconsin RN license
• PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LCSW, LPC MPh
