We are seeking a Director Ambulatory Access – Strategy & Support Operations to perform:

• Training and quality program oversight
• Workforce and staffing modelling and forecasting
• Centralized hiring and telecom configuration experience

Education:

Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area such as Business Management, Healthcare Management, or Industrial Engineering.

Preferred – Master’s degree in a relevant subject area such as Business Management, Healthcare Management, or Industrial Engineering

Work Experience:

Minimum – Seven (7) years of experience including five (5) years of call center operations, patient access, or healthcare operations leadership experience. Demonstrated success improving processes and collaborating with stakeholders.

Preferred – Experience in a large academic or complex health program that included department/specialty specific services. Experience with Lean Management or Agile processes.

Licenses and Certifications:

Preferred – Epic software certifications in EpicCare Ambulatory, Cadence Scheduling, or related applications
