Maintains detailed knowledge of related policies, guidelines, procedures, collective bargaining agreements, laws, and regulations in assigned area as well as detailed knowledge in assigned HRS, NHRSC, and NPS processing. Coordinates with HR staff and others within and outside organization, to resolve and facilitate the resolution of customer issues and ensure activities are consistent with policy.
