Provides leadership, direction and administration over operations while optimizing performance at all occupational medicine programs. Directs leaders to efficiently manage resources and meet established goals and targets. Ensures the integration and coordination of services across AH to drive consistent and standardized operations, infrastructure and overall strategic direction.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
License/Registration/Certification Required: Licensed Allied Professional or Registered Nurse
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a health care related field
Experience Required: Typically requires 10 years of experience in Occupational Health and health care administration. Includes 7 years of management experience in overseeing clinical operations, providing direction to other leaders, and working with multiple sites and departments, employers, and various clinical and nonclinical staff.
Must have Muscular Skeletal System knowledge.
