We are seeking a Registered Nurse Director – American Family Children’s Hospital (AFCH) Operations to:

• Lead programs that are both inpatient and ambulatory facing to bridge the continuum of care across pediatric settings.
• Manage the complex interdepartmental and interdisciplinary relationships to assure collaboration and effective/efficient operations within AFCH operations.
• Remain current of new trends and best practices and incorporate into AFCH practices and programs.

Education

• Master's Degree in Nursing Required

Work Experience

• 5 years relevant leadership experience Required
• 5 years relevant leadership experience in pediatrics Preferred
• Experience in a large academic or complex healthcare system, including Level 1 Trauma Center services and pediatric surgical patients Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
