Will oversee all sourcing workflows to ensure alignment with best practices on a strategic and administrative level. Oversee the resolution of sourcing issues escalated from internal employee service center; escalate to Center of Expertise (COE), if necessary. Monitor sourcing processes for efficiency and effectiveness and identify ways to continuously improve the hiring process. Selects main channels (e.g. job boards, advertising) for recruiting candidates in the healthcare industry. May coordinate and supervise recruiting events within the Sanford Health networks.

The supervisor will also partner with technology analysts to ensure relevant technologies are meeting the requirements of the sourcing processes. Will configure different reports for ROI analysis, data statistics, etc., for sourcing purposes. Partner with managers, talent strategies and service line(s) to accurately allocate Sourcing Specialists to strategic recruitment programs and projects.

Support the training and development for the Sourcing Specialists, Talent Advisors, and serves as a resource for Talent Acquisition Representatives, and Talent Strategy team. Participates in monitoring the sourcing budget within the talent acquisition team. Will have expert knowledge of sourcing and talent acquisition operations. Prior experience in resolving sourcing related issues. Strong customer service focus and ability to handle multiple customer requests effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum of three years talent acquisition experience; experience with developing/executing local recruiting strategies designed to target hard to fill positions; one year leadership/management experience preferred. Will have expert knowledge of sourcing and talent acquisition operations. Prior experience in resolving sourcing related issues. Strong customer service focus and ability to handle multiple customer requests effectively. Previous experience using recruitment process' and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certificate preferred.
