Per Diem Physician or ARNP or PA-C **Travel and lodging may be offered**

Columbia Valley Community Health (CVCH) is growing! CVCH is a dynamic, progressive community health center with locations in Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, and Chelan. We have an excellent opportunity for a Per Diem Physician or Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Certified for our multiple locations in Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, and Chelan.

The Physician’s and/or Advanced Practice Provider (APP) primary job function is to be responsible for provision of comprehensive primary care or subspecialty services for the patients of Columbia Valley Community Health (CVCH). **If provider joins CVCH in a per diem capacity and will travel 75 miles or more one way from the CVCH location, mileage and housing may be offered.**

Position Requirements:

  • Education (APPs): Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant Program, Certification as a Physician Assistant.
  • Education (Physicians): Graduation from an accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy. Must be Board Eligible/Certified. If new graduate must become certified within two years of employment date.
  • Certification/Licensure: Must possess a current, valid unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Washington or eligible to obtain licensure. Must have a valid DEA license. Basic Life Support (BLS) required. ACLS or ATLS may be used to substituted for BLS.
  • Experience: Two (2) years of experience working in a community health center or managed care environment preferred. Experience in delivering services to medically underserved populations preferred.
