Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

Salary range: 210k – 230k annually

We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in California’s beautiful western sierras. Shingletown is a small town located along California State Route 44 in the hills just below Mount Lassen. About 35 minutes east of Redding, CA. You will provide and manage direct patient care, infants through the geriatric population, in Shingletown Medical Center (SMC). Our team is more like a family than your average medical practice. Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Training, and Licensure):

• Currently licensed to practice medicine in the State of California.
• Current Board Certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine or be board eligible.
• Current Drug Enforcement Administration Registration.
• Presentation of Certificate of Insurance.
• Current BCLS, ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Complete patient charting and billing within 48 hours of patient visit.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge with electronic health records experience.
