Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Join us to provide health care services in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in California’s beautiful western Sierra mountains. Shingletown Medical Center is a practice where you can truly make a difference to the entire community! Our staff is more like a family than most organizations, we know our patients and our community.

You will provide and manage direct patient care, infants through the geriatric population. Our team Is here to assist you Monday – Friday, no nights & no weekends.

Work Schedule:

• 4-10 hour days with flexibility
• Total of 32 hours patient care – 10 hours of admin time

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Training, and Licensure):

• Current and valid licensure to practice as a NP or PA in the State of California.
• Current BLS/ACLS certification.
• Current DEA certificate.
• Complete patient charting and billing within 48 hours of patient visit.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge with electronic health records experience.
• Previous outpatient clinic experience.
• DOT physical certificate preferred.
