Coordinates processing of new hires and transfer hires. Post, screen and route qualified candidates to managers. Make offer and initiate the on boarding processes including background checks and physical exams. Provides assistance in administration and maintenance of programs relating to recruitment and employment programs. Interprets and administers programs as assigned, including but not limited to recruitment, and new hire processing and employment.

IV. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A. EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Proficient in the use of computer applications including MS Word and Excel.
Two (2) years of administrative office work experience OR one (1) year administrative office work experience with a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience to demonstrate ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
