What will you be doing?

The Clinical Supervisor of the Morrow County School Based Counselors will engage superb management, communication and clinical skills to lead the team of school mental health professionals at CCS. Not only will they be leading but developing each team member by coaching and growing individual assets. This is a great opportunity to impact both customers and coworkers in a positive way to leave a constructive mark in the community. This position is based in Morrow County and has the chance to be stationed in either Boardman, OR or Heppner, OR. If you enjoy the slower pace of life close to the Columbia River, this is the ideal area for you. Travel is required within Morrow County but within wide open spaces; no bumper to bumper traffic included with this job description. A successful candidate will model the high clinical standards of CCS by example and establish time sensitive guidelines. Employ relationship building expertise by collaborating with Morrow County School District Administration. The Clinical Supervisor will use diverse abilities to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans. This position requires the supervisor to showcase their savvy capabilities in classroom, child, and family counseling services. With a focus on school counseling, the Clinical Supervisor will ensure all clinicians are up to date on evidence based progressive, dynamic and culturally competent treatments.

What do you need?

  • Masters degree from an accredited college in social work, psychology or other human service-related field.
  • Must have five years in the delivery of clinical services.
  • Certified Mental Health Investigator (or the ability to obtain certification).
  • Certified Protective Services Investigator (or the ability to obtain certification).
  • Valid license in the state you reside in.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • $300,000 in personal auto insurance for bodily injury and $100,000 in property damage.

CCS has a benefit package including health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, LTD, EAP, 401K match, potential for tuition reimbursement, student loan forgiveness and paid licensure supervision.
