As a key member of our leadership team, you will help to continually develop the results-driven initiatives that define our success and are transforming healthcare.

This position plans, implements, coordinates and analyzes the results of the Foundation's campaigns which may include direct mail, personal solicitation, commemorative giving, telethons, acquisitions, events, annual and major giving campaigns/programs, and campaigns/programs to physicians, Trustees, employees, volunteers and the community.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinates and manages all aspects of campaigns or programs including budgets, preparation of support materials, program promotion, and report generation.
  • Implements programs in donor / prospect cultivation and solicitation; participates in the fundraising activities of the Foundation.
  • Manages processes through which gifts are received, recorded, acknowledged, and distributed.
  • May manage aspects of the Foundation’s support systems.


  • This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of three years progressively responsible proven experience in a non-profit fund development setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, customer service/donor relations, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills required.
  • Must be able to adapt successfully to multiple tasks that occur in a rapidly changing environment.

Preferred: Experience working with direct mail and/or telemarketing campaigns and/or special events, and a working knowledge of Raiser's Edge and Microsoft Office are preferred.
