JOB SUMMARY:

As the Organizational Development Specialist, you would report to the Director of HR & Compliance and work closely with Human Resources and leadership to deliver results in the areas of training and development, staff engagement, performance management, organizational development solutions, and internal communication. This is an exciting, new opportunity that's been added as our organization continues to grow!

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:

  • Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Organizational Development or other closely related field
  • Have 5 years’ HR/Organizational Development experience or the equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Hold a certification through the Society for HR Management or equivalent (preferred)
  • Possess knowledge of and achievement in organizational design, change management methods and processes, performance management, organizational analysis, and related initiatives
  • Have knowledge of adult learning principles & the ability to develop and facilitate training sessions
  • Be detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills & be able to manage relationships with both internal and external customers
  • Be able to engage, diagnose & analyze findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions with demonstrated knowledge of best practices in the industry
  • Possess extremely strong written, verbal, and listening skills
