Manages the life cycle of the recruitment process. Implements and evaluates innovative strategies for the recruitment of candidates for employment. Oversees the selection process and initiates the hiring process. Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or Recruitment required.
2 years of full cycle Recruitment experience strongly preferred.
Experience using Boolean search techniques is preferred
Offset: High School Diploma/GED and an additional 3 years of full-life cycle recruitment and sourcing experience.
