The Human Resources team builds collaborative strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to support the organization’s mission, goals and initiatives. We develop areas such as workforce staffing and development, operational support, compensation, payroll, benefits, employee relations and organizational effectiveness. As a team member, this position assists leadership to achieve its initiatives, strategies and objectives by ensuring employee compliance with company policies, procedures and governmental regulations. It advises employees and management on the full spectrum of employee and labor relations issues. Responsibilities include coaching and corrective action via enforcement of corporate policy/procedures related to complaint investigation, discipline, discharge, and dispute resolution. Where applicable, the position serves as the primary interface between the Employer and unions for collective bargaining, contract implementation and dispute resolution up to and including arbitration. Bargaining Unit: Non-Bargaining
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Five (5) years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Manager, or direct work experience in employee relations.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with multi-union environments, contract negotiations, laws and regulations applicable to healthcare preferred.
