Create and deploy strategic leadership development programs to build FHS leadership pipeline. Develop and implement a leadership development strategy to support the full employee lifecycle for leaders across the health system; Translate business needs into strategic leadership development initiatives and drive them to successful outcomes; Research the most effective leadership development approaches and experiences, and design these into the leadership development programs; Provide direction cross the team on the curation, design, and implementation of new and existing resources to support the continued leadership development of over 800 leaders across the health system; oversee the needs analysis to identify performance gaps, and develop engaging leadership programs to close the gaps; define project milestones, forecast completion dates; identify project risks and issues, devise contingency plans to mitigate risks, inform management of accomplishments, plans and delver project summaries; Determine how best to scale leadership programs and sustain new leadership capabilities across the system; Partner with Human Resources team members to prioritize and execute upon performance and training roadmap and regularly solicit stakeholder feedback on the direction of leadership capabilities and effectiveness of programs; Collaborate with counterparts at the Medical College of Wisconsin to build integrated leadership development programs when appropriate; Facilitate meetings, focus groups, and other working session to help resolve issues and bring together disparate points of view; Use metric, analytics and reporting to effectively measure and monitor the impact of leadership development initiatives; Monitor spending against budget.
