Acts as a strategic advisor supporting operational strategies for the core business with Institute/Division/Hospital Leadership. Ensures the linkage of human resources strategies with business needs and manages the relationship with human resources centers of excellence (COEs) to support those needs. Navigates and balances the needs of the business, organization and HR. Maintains an independent perspective and voice within the Hospital/Division/Hospital Leadership team.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field required.
  • Master's Degree preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Human Resources certification preferred.

COMPLEXITY OF WORK:

  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience required.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.
